In early December 2021, we acquired the building at Via Gioacchino Murat. Located in northern Milan, the office asset was a 2,549 gross sqm building over three floors and six parking spaces.

The building was identified as a strong candidate for conversion into residences since the building was well suited for fractioning into separate units.

The conversion works have now been completed, successfully transforming the asset into high-quality residential units in line with our initial repositioning strategy.
